Recruitment Consultant

We are growing and Woolworths Group needs a Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• A positive, safety-first attitude
