Trainer and Assessor

Ramsay Health Care is looking for a Trainer and Assessor to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $102,000 – $109,000 per year
