How do I reset my password?
Sign out, then choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We send a six-digit code that expires in 30 minutes.
Why do I need to verify my email?
It stops someone else creating an account with your address, and it is how employers reach you about applications.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile and choose delete. Applications already sent stay with the employer.
Can I post a job without a company account?
No — employer accounts get a dashboard to manage ads and applicants. It takes about a minute to create one.
