Senior Data Analyst

Downer Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a casual/vacation position based in Adelaide, SA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Australian working rights
• A positive, safety-first attitude
