We are growing and Macquarie Group needs a Careers Advisor who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $90,000 – $119,000 per year
