Ramsay Health Care is looking for a Brand Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a casual/vacation position based in Hobart, TAS. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
What we’re looking for
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Australian working rights

- A salary in the range of $37 – $48 per hour
