Service Desk Analyst

Kmart Australia has an opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, safety-first attitude

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $133,000 – $155,000 per year
