Support Coordinator
We are growing and Optus needs a Support Coordinator who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a casual/vacation position based in Sydney, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
What we’re looking for
- A positive, safety-first attitude

- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $51 – $62 per hour
