NAB is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $129,000 – $155,000 per year
