Customer Experience Team Leader
BHP is looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Australian working rights
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $85,000 – $115,000 per year
