We are growing and BHP needs a Service Desk Analyst who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $130,000 – $143,000 per year
