Registered Nurse - Medical
We are growing and Coles Group needs a Registered Nurse - Medical who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Wollongong, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $84,000 – $104,000 per year
